Enameling booths are manufactured from 1,5mm electrostatic powder coated galvanized steel sheet or all-stainless steel material. The booth is equipped with a radial type ventilator, openings for automatic and manual coating application, closed-circuit lighting system, control panel and a system for recovery of enamel powders. Aerial conveyor line is also coupled to automatic booths.
Our company manufactures two different types of enameling booths according to the mode of working.
Base of the filtered and bunker type booths is inclined to allow the collection of enamel powders and returning to the system by means of recovery system.
Enamel powders are transferred back to the system by means of special injectors applying fluidized bed on the base of each hopper. There are hoppers in adequate inclination and quantity to provide that the enamel powders spilling on the booth base are accumulated in the hoppers with their own weights. The base of filter group is also designed as inclined and with hopper.
Cyclone type booths are equipped with cyclone which is made of stainless steel material and precipitates the enamel powders by centrifugal force, and after-filter group at the back. Fine powders which are not precipitated there are kept on the rear filter system by means of fan suction. Base of these booths is inclined in V form to avoid the accumulation of enamel powders.
In the filter groups existing in both booth systems, polyester, teflon or sinter plate filters which are manufactured in adequate quantities for powder enamel are used.
-All parts of the booth are demounted and the fittings are fully equipped with bolts.
-Booth is equipped with recovery system.
-Accumulation of paint is prevented by applying reverse pressure on the filters. There is an automatic electronic card on the control panel as a standard.
-Control panel components are Schneider Electric and equivalent brands.
-It is suitable for manual and continuous operations.
